General Policy

All digital products offered on ANVU ASSETS are sold as-is. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Non-delivery of the product: In some cases, the download link may not work, or you might not be able to access the digital content due to some technical issues at your end. In such cases, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded.
  2. Download and Unzipping Issues: If you have problems downloading the product or it cannot be opened, contact us within 3 days from the purchase date. We will address the issue, and a refund will be given if we cannot resolve the technical problem that prevents you from accessing the product.
  3. Major defects: All the products are thoroughly tested before release, but unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our team’s review. If any deficiency is confirmed and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint or any other notification provided by a customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations.

Restrictions

  • Refunds do not apply to product upgrades or annual renewals.
  • No refunds are issued for services that have been completed or for products that have been delivered electronically and accessed by the user.
